aSourcing helps you easily manage more than one enterprise partner at a time. Using its intuitive customer login portal, each customer is able to enter their company's credential details and automatically log into their custom enterprise profile. From here, each enterprise can manage their own account, suppliers, currencies, units of measures and templates.
Extensive support for the most used types of sourcing events (RFI, RFP, RFQ, English Reverse Auction,...). Easy to use event templates let you quickly prepare your events. Using aSourcing's rich HTML editor you are able to easily copy/paste RFX details from your existing contracts or from any other document. Additionally, users are able to run Test event so they can ensure along with their supplier that real sourcing events will run smoothly.
When preparing a sourcing event you can structure items into groups or just create Lots or Baskets. Enter your questions you want suppliers to answer or let them download some additional documents. You can also require suppliers to upload any necessary documentation.
From the first time users enter into their home page, they can quickly recognize the most important events that need their immediate attention. If this isn't enough, users can easily enter into an event's full details page where they will see all events divided into 4 categories: running, coming, Recent and All.

When a supplier enters into the system, they can see a list of events awaiting them for their attention. If there are events running, the system quickly shows all necessary information about the bidding event. Suppliers can then start with the bidding process. During the bidding process, the system allows users to switch to a quick console mode where value related to the bidding process can be entered quickly and easily.
